Ingredients

green apple
chopped and peeled

red apples
chopped and peeled

fresh cranberries

sugar

GF all purpose flour
Crumble:
1-1/2
cups
quick-cooking oats
1/2
cup
GF all purpose flour
1/2
cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
DF butter
1/4
cup
chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine apples, cranberries, sugar and flour in a 11x7-in. baking dish.
Mix together the crumble ingredients in a separate bowl until well mixed. Sprinkle over the apple and cranberries mixture.
Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes.
If crumble is not crispy enough, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Notes
If cranberries are not in season, soak craisins in hot water for 20 minutes.
