Brownies

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup GF AP flour
- 1/3 cup sorghum flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup veggie oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease a 9x9 baking dish.
Combine all dry ingredients including sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flours, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add oil, water, egg and chocolate chips and whisk until combined.
Transfer to baking dish and bake 45-50 minutes until center is firm.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
