Brownies

If you like a fudgy brownie with loads of chocolate flavor this is your new go to brownie recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup GF AP flour
  • 1/3 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup veggie oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease a 9x9 baking dish.
  • Combine all dry ingredients including sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flours, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  • Add oil, water, egg and chocolate chips and whisk until combined.
  • Transfer to baking dish and bake 45-50 minutes until center is firm.
  • Serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
