Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
This is a delicious gooey dessert perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

DF butter
melted and cooled

light brown sugar
3/4

white sugar

egg yolk

vanilla extract

GF all purpose flour

tbsp
corn starch

tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
salt

DF mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Whisk butter and sugar in medium bowl until light and fluffy.
Whisk in egg yolk, egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine GF flour, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda and salt and whisk.
Using a rubber spatula fold in flour mixture to wet ingredients until well combined.
Add chocolate chips!
Transfer dough to 10 inch cast iron skillet (seasoned) and press into pan.
Bake for 25-34 min or until just barely golden. It will continue to cook in skillet once out of oven and you don't want it overcooked!
Cool for at least 30 min prior to cutting and eating with ice cream!
