Edible Cookie Dough

The perfect little indulgent dessert that takes me back to licking the spoon when my mom made cookies!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups GF AP flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 sticks DF butter
  • 2 tbsp DF heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Microwave the flour for 1 minute or until flour reads a temperature of 165 degrees or higher.
  • In a stand mixer or with a hand held mixer cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add heavy cream, salt and vanilla.
  • Add flour.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy!!
